    Role Summary

    Provide support to VIP Services department by multi-tasking work regarding our various events held at Madison Square Garden (Arena & Theatre), Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theatre and L.A. Forum (limited).

    Specific Functions/Activities Summary

    • Process Ticketmaster accounts
    • Process Archtics accounts
    • Maintain 2-hold report
    • Pre-Event Filing
    • Post Event Filing
    • Telephone Backup/Coverage
    • Data Entry

    Qualifications

    • Must have strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Work well under pressure
    • Detailed oriented
    • Proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, word, etc.)
    • Basic administrative skills are expected, including the ability to type at least 50 WPM
    • Proficiency in Ticketmaster and Archtics are a plus

    Education

    Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
