    Role Summary

    This position is based at the Westchester County Center (NY). The Merchandise Stand Cashier is responsible for selling products to fans in a friendly & courteous manner. This position is also responsible for setting up the kiosk, stocking the merchandise, maintaining cleanliness of their assigned location, processing cash and charge transactions and assisting supervisors with timely set-up and breakdown of all work areas. Required to operate a cash register and may be required to prepare food. Ensures each guest receives outstanding guest service by adhering to the company’s Circle of Service standards. Accurately and efficiently completes all transactions in register. Communicates guests requests to appropriate supervisor.

    Specific Functions/Activities Summary

    • Responsible for selling products to fans
    • Set up kiosk, stocking merchandise and maintaining cleanliness in assigned location
    • Process cash and charge transactions
    • Assist with breakdown of kiosk after a game
    • Administer exceptional guest service by answering all guest questions and/or directing them to the appropriate supervisor


    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Prior cashier or retail experience required
    • Ability to lift boxes and heavy items as needed
    • Must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends and holidays are required


    Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
