Solution architect spanning integrations, reports, mass data loads, and release mgmt. (pertaining to integrations)


  • Reviews Oracle release notes and works with business functional owners and integration lead to assess technical impacts and determines solutions
  • Provides input across relevant HR and other relevant applications
  • Oversight for integration support resources
  • Design high-level interface architecture based on business requirements 
  • Act as owner of all assigned integration deliverables
  • Collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisions and direction 
  • Document interface architecture and plans for implementation with customer/vendors 
  • Provide expert level knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle integration framework and fast formulas
  • Responsible for Instance maintenance strategy and for direct SaaS Solution instance maintenance.
  • Log / maintain tickets in ticket tracking system
  • Represent IT as related to application support in partnership with business support resources
  • Provide interface and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the interface team’s custom request procedures
  • Provide technical assistance to other departments in relation to interface development and installation
  • Represent the team in programs/projects to provide improved or new functionality
  • Work on multiple enhancements / projects and other duties as assigned
  • Understand security and data privacy standards
  • Responsible for development standards
  • Works closely with the reporting and configuration / data load resources
  • Enforce data governance and attention to data quality
  • Works across various platforms (ETL, Hub, data warehouse, web services, Oracle, various file exchanges, etc.) 


  • Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, corporate system applications, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures
  • Responsible for technical (e.g. performance) cases with Oracle
  • Experience with requirements gathering, designs, and tech QA reviews
  • Has 10+ years’ experience with HR Systems and relevant systems integration  
  • Has 2+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud
  • Familiar with HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, HDL Loader
  • Familiar with reporting tools such as BI Publisher 

Nice to have 

  • Experience with integration with Oracle E-business Suite
  • Functional application experience 



Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
