Responsibilities

The Club Seat Order Taker is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and for serving food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous and accurate manner to Club seat ticket holders.  

  • Ability to sell alcohol and food items.  
  • Able to use a hand held device to ring orders on a check.  
  • Checks identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.  
  • Able to walk up and down stairs several times during the entire shift 
  • Prior wait staff experience required
  • This position will typically work Knicks and Rangers and games

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well in a fast pace environment and have a professional appearance and demeanor. 

  • This person must have good communication skills,
  • A commitment to high-quality customer service and be able to handle the high-pressure environment. 
  • Prior wait staff or in seat service experience required.
  • Knowledge of NYC Board of Health Food Handling rules a plus. 
  • TEAM certification a must (training provided)
  • Must be of legal age according to NYS regulations to serve alcohol
  • Must be able to work well in a Team environment with limited supervision

 

 

 

This position works nights, weekends and holidays.
