Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed
  • Verify that web and mobile functionality meets business specifications
  • Verify that website and mobile layouts match designs and design documents
  • Develop automated test scripts using Selenium & Protractor
  • Build, improve and maintain our automation testing framework
  • Verify test cases during software releases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in technical engineering
  • Experience leading a team and inspiring others
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and develop strategies to test these systems.
  • Experience with JavaScript & Angular.JS coding. This is a role for a developer who writes automated tests
  • Selenium and Protractor expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in Test Automation including planning, assessments, script development & maintenance
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks and developing automation scripts
  • Application security testing experience is a must
  • Experience with different types of testing, including cross browser, stress/performance testing, usability testing, and others
  • Experience in writing test plans and manual test scripts
  • Experience in mobile application testing for iPad, iPhone, and Android devices
  • Agile/Scrum development process experience

Education

Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
