As Principal of Full Stack Engineering you will be building and supporting the next generation applications for web for Live entertainment. The Principal of Full Stack Engineer will be a key member of the team that assists in the requirements collection and analysis, software design, development, troubleshooting, implementation and enhancement of new and existing software in Javascript and RoR. In additional to software development, you will also be contributing your expertise to our agile process and test driven development.





  • 50%~60% of the time spent on coding and/or hands-on technical implementation.
  • Work with team to define solution requirements and technical implementation approach
  • Drive both high-level and detailed technical designs and conduct design reviews as needed
  • Provide technical guidance to other software engineers at all levels
  • Implement new, highly scalable platform components
  • Enhance and maintain existing components of the core platform
  • Actively participate in team and company-wide architecture and engineering discussions and forums
  • Employ technical expertise to help team members overcome technical problems

  • Overall 12-15 years of experience in software development
  • Must have 5 – 7 years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript.
  • Must have 2 – 3 years of experience with ReactJS with Redux
  • Experience in 2 or more nodeS projects end to end
  • Experience in performance tuning web applications
  • Experience with CSS, SASS, Gulp, WebPack, Yarn, Babel.
  • Must 2 – 3 years of experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Experience with both relational and NoSQL is a big plus.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in one of popular agile practice, such as, Kanban, XP, TDD or Scrum.
  • Must have experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience with some test driven development tools and techniques: Protractor, Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Mockito, REST-assured, Cucumber, and JMeter.
  • Exposure to build application services on Amazon cloud services (AWS) or other cloud environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams encompassing product, design, engineering, and analytics.
  • Eager to engage in a whiteboard discussion on any topic
  • Experience as a senior technical member of an Agile team and proven ability to influence
  • Experience developing responsive web applications for a range of devices and browsers is a strong plus
  • Must be located in the tri-state area

Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
