Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility will be to assist in the day to day operations of the Guest Relations/House Operations department.
  • Will check aisles prior to the theater opening to ensure cleanliness of aisles and seating areas.
  • Welcome all guests to the Beacon Theatre and check/tear/scan tickets as they enter.
  • Escort all patrons to their respective seats in a profession manner.
  • Provide information to patrons and help solve any issues.
  • Ensure that all rules and regulations of the Beacon Theatre are being adhered to.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work with large crowds and receptive to working, as needed, outside in inclement weather.  
  • Must be comfortable with heights along with operating an elevator.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with lifting heavy boxes that contain programs along with assisting disabled guests.
