Responsibilities

  • The Event Supervisor PT will supervise the activity of event security personnel at Radio City Music Hall as directed to ensure uniform compliance of departmental policies and procedures.
  • They will assist the Security Supervisor during events, concerts, and attractions.
  • The Event Supervisor PT is responsible for ensuring security personnel are on their assigned posts and are doing their assigned responsibilities.
  • They are also responsible for assigning breaks to security personnel, interacting with all Front of House employees, responding to issues with patrons and participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience as a security officer in an event venue, strong verbal communication skills  and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. 
  • They will also have the ability to uniformly enforce departmental policies and procedures, previous supervisory experience and must have/or qualify for a NYC Fire Guard certificate of fitness & NY Security certification.
  • Plus 1-2 years as a Supervisor
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holiday
