  • This Supervisor will assist the Radio City Merchandise Department Management with merchandise and F&B operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Coach Assistant Supervisors and employees, making sure they adhere to operational guidelines and company policies by providing discipline.
  • Supervise front of house concessions staff, communicate pertinent event information, set up/break down of selling areas and monitor physical inventory.
  • Supervise sales transactions & monitor cashing out of registers. 
  • Address employee and guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in departmental recruitment and training.
  • Work in conjunction with the Warehouse and Kitchen Supervisors along with the other RCMH departments for maximum efficiency.  
  • Maintain Health Dept. standards and execute such procedures.  
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


  • Candidate must have experience in a supervisory capacity in a theater or entertainment facility.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and have a team mentality.
  • NYC Dept of Health Food Protection Certificate is required.  
  • Proven work history of above average work performance, with demonstrated leadership abilities.  
  • Strong cash handling skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and proven guest service skills are required.
  • Ability to process information/merchandise through the current computer register system (POS).  
  • Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 4 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays.  
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks, lead large groups of employees and display excellent internal and external customer service is required
