The Usher Supervisor will support the Radio City Guest Relations Managers with operating procedures to ensure a positive guest experience. 

  • The Usher Supervisor is responsible for any guest recovery situations including seating issues, counterfeit tickets and guest relations.
  • Organize manpower, monitor arrival and departure of guest relations staff, delegate shift responsibilities, communicate event details and ensure that appearance guidelines and policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Coordinate and coach leads, ensuring they adhere to operational guidelines and company policies.


  • Candidate must have experience in a supervisory capacity in a theater or entertainment facility.
  • Proven work history of above average work performance, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 3 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays. 
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks, lead large groups of employees and display excellent internal and external customer service is required. S
  • trong communication skills with a concentration on teamwork are essential. Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
