The Assistant Supervisor will assist Radio City Food & Beverage Supervisors with operations in order to ensure a positive guest experience.

  • Serve as a liaison between supervisors and employees, assist with directing employees, supply support, and provide discipline.
  • Oversee customer service standards while addressing employee and guest concerns.
  • Conduct physical inventory of selling areas, set up/break down designated work areas and maintain product levels.
  • Oversee the integrity of sales transactions.
  • Maintain Health Dept. standards and execute such procedures. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned


  • Candidate must have worked 1 season in a supervisory capacity or at least 2 seasons as a cashier in a major theatre or entertainment/retail facility.
  • NYC Dept of Health Food Protection Certificate is required.  
  • Proven work history of above average work performance, with demonstrated leadership abilities. 
  • Must be comfortable with heights and heavy lifting due to stocking of work areas. 
  • Strong cash handling skills and proven guest service skills are required.  
  • Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 4 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays. 
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks, lead employees and display excellent internal and external customer service is essential.
  • This position is part time and event driven.
