Book Special Events at the MSG Arena, The Theater at MSG, Radio City Music Hall and The Beacon Theatre with both sales, management and implementation functions, working with both existing and new clients and seeking new business opportunities. Events include, but are not limited to, Television Network up-fronts, corporate meetings, trade shows, seminars, fundraisers, film premieres, television and film shoots, private parties and graduations. Role includes the negotiation of contracts and financial terms as well as oversight over all aspects of event implementation to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse and complex client base: businesses, non-profit groups, universities and event planners.


  • Oversee, supervise and execute the implementation of all secured event needs to ensure client satisfaction and retention including: venue walk-through and meetings, production and décor requirements, catering needs, staffing requirements front and back of house, ticket scaling and sales (where applicable)
  • Develop event budgets with Event Finance. Oversee and maintain budget accuracy from initial cost estimates through final settlement maximizing AOCF opportunity
  • Negotiate financial and contractual terms and work closely with legal department in the preparation, administration, and execution of event contracts
  • Manage all aspects of special event including venue deposits, deposit letters, event budgets, deal letters, contract preparation and execution and insurance certificates
  • On site management at venue day of event
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporations, educational institutions, TV networks, charity / non-profit organizations, and area event planners to keep MSG venues top of mind when future events are considered
  • Respond to, track, and assess the viability of Special Event inquiries and potential for opportunities for The MSG Arena, Theater at MSG, Radio City Music Hall and The Beacon Theatre. Maintain existing business and develop new business


  • Strong experience in the special event industry (5 years + preferred)

Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
