  • Receive daily deliveries of all food, beverage and merchandise materials
  • Works closely with the purchasing departments to insure proper receipt of ordered goods.
  • Organizes and maintains warehouse and storage areas for all goods to insure proper inventory rotation. Ensures that all Department of Health standards and requirements are being followed.
  • Performs periodic inventory counts.
  • Issues restock inventory to Kitchen Staff, Fast Food and Merchandise sales locations.



  • Two years in related position required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, overnight shifts and holidays.
  • Good verbal and writing skills.
  • Must be able to handle heavy lifting (100lbs.)
  • Good organization.
  • Must be able to accurately perform inventories.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
