As a rapidly expanding company, TAO group is seeking a senior financial analyst to help in the development and implementation of analytical processes.  The right candidate will be encouraged to share his or her ideas with the senior leadership team.   


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating annual budgets by working with the operators to help drive the company’s profitability
  • Monitoring operating performance against the budgets by performing monthly variance analysis
  • Develop and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (Key performance indicators) including but not limited to cover count analysis, labor cost benchmarks, and food and beverage theoretical costs
  • Weekly revenue projections and reforecasting budgets on an as needed basis so that the operators are well equipped to most efficiently operate and staff the venues
  • Evaluate and summarize proposed new deals including but not limited to the opening of new venues
  • Analyze operating performance against key benchmarks and venues in similar markets to identify inefficiencies and cost saving opportunities
  • Cashflow analysis 
  • Ad hoc reporting




Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance and/or Accountancy with minimum GPA of 3.0.  Strong Microsoft Excel skills and 3+ years of experience in an analytical role are desired.  Hospitality and cost accounting experience are a plus but not required. 


Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
