Based out in California, the primary responsibility of the Laborer is preparing the building for events.

  • One important aspect of that responsibility is the installation and removal of various large heavy components utilized for concerts and multiple other types of events.
  • The utility worker is also responsible as part of a team of laborers for physically lifting and building stages, seating sections.
  • The individual must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and basic knowledge of the entertainment arena operations. 
  • This individual must be able to learn a number of tasks including operating a forklift, pallet jack and other lifting equipment.


The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and commitment with a strong attention to detail.

  • This position requires a high degree of sensitivity to the impact the Laborers work has on the experience of performers, clients, the public and coworkers.
  • This person must be willing to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Days off will vary based on both the event schedule and departments operational needs and may NOT be consecutive.
  • This position includes heavy lifting. Must have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment. 
  • Please be aware this position is based out in Inglewood, California working at the Forum.



Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
