The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Department at the Forum with various tasks such as Social Media, Administrative partnership fulfillment, and creating content. This position will report into the Director Marketing & Social Media.



  • Social Media
    • Craft copy, schedule posts and assist with management of content calendar across all social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube
    • Review and respond to consumer questions/comments on all platforms
    • Assist with social media coverage on event nights with stories and page posts
    • Analyze social media metrics and report findings back to management
    • Track social profiles of upcoming artists playing the building and relevant pop culture events to engage and repurpose their content on the Forum's social profiles
    • Assist with social sweeps, from developing concept, working with legal on rules to the execution and fulfillment
    • Work with creative agency to get any necessary artwork/assets created
  • Administrative/Miscellaneous
    • Participate in creative brainstorms to help deliver a unique experience to both the fan and artist
    • Liaise with vendors (from printing companies to creative agency) to help execute and fulfill marketing-related projects
    • Assist with tracking media campaign performance metrics
    • Create marketing recaps and decks for promoters, partners and for internal needs
    • Track industry trends through research and share findings with team
    • Assist with various publicity and marketing tasks on event nights (such as helping to escort media and VIPs, if needed)
    • Coordinate with photo booth vendor prior to/and on show nights – includes scheduling, ordering props, creative needs, onsite coordination etc.
    • Coordinate onsite radio activations prior to/and on show nights – includes instructing/directing, onsite coordination etc.
    • Assist with invoicing, ticket request forms and additional administrative work, as needed
    • Ability to be mobile during an event day to assist with marketing related needs in event space.



Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on social media. Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. Must have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment.


Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates who have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred. Educational requirements may differ from job to job based on the role.
  • Proven organizational skills in a fast-paced office environment
  • Creative mindset with an emphasis on generating content and market research
  • Ability to demonstrate success in managing multiple tasks while under tight deadlines and financial constraints.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills necessary
  • Must have the ability to work independently when necessary, and use sound business judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate integrity, tact, diplomacy and a commitment to company values, and principles while ensuring the upmost consistency.
  • Experience in logistics in the live entertainment or sports environment or similar industry.
  • Experience in a Union environment
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while managing multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • High written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in performance metrics and/or data reporting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of days, nights, weekends and holidays.
