    Specific Functions/Activities Summary

    MSG is currently seeking a Senior Analyst for its Corporate Development team. This Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the evaluation of a broad range of strategic and financial initiatives across the Madison Square Garden Company’s sports and entertainment assets.


    • Work with Corporate Development team and MSG executives across businesses to evaluate new business opportunities
    • Create business plans and financial models to support new business opportunities
    • Lead research initiatives across sports and entertainment
    • Assist with structuring and analyzing deals for new and existing businesses
    • Create presentations for senior management to facilitate strategic discussions


    • Bachelors degree
    • 1-2 years' management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or media corporate finance experience from top-tiered company
    • Passion for understanding new businesses in sports and entertainment
    • Outstanding quantitative, financial, research, modeling, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent team player
    • Strong writing, presentation, and creative thinking skills


    Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
