The Manager People Practices (PP) Policy and Compliance is responsible for providing recommendations, guidance and a point of view on all people related policies and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. This position is responsible for accomplishing compliance related business objectives by producing value-added employee results; offering information and opinion as a member of the PP team; integrating objectives with other business units.
This position serves as a strategic partner responsible for providing guidance, support and developing/updating processes to ensure compliance with employment-related local, state and federal ordinances, statutes and regulations, including but not limited to legal requirements pertaining employee benefits, wages & hours, employment discrimination, payroll taxes, affirmative action and related regulations, immigration.
