    Specific Functions/Activities Summary

    • Work closely with Chief Communications Officer to support key priorities and elevate corporate communications function
    • Work with IR on the development of materials (press releases, scripts, Q&A) relating to eight earnings (4 MSG; 4 MSGN) and other financial announcements for MSG and MSG Networks, including facilitating review/approval by legal and business units
    • Participate in IR and business unit meetings to ensure awareness of public disclosure issues and provide input on communications strategy
    • Oversee distribution of materials for earnings conference calls or another announcements/meetings
    • Engage with business units and business development on initiatives, sales, acquisitions or activities and develop/distribute compelling press strategy/announcements to forward Company
    • Help lead the Company’s rapid response crisis communications planning and execution to protect the company for myriad of public issues
    • Coordinate crisis response with legal, business units and interact with the media as needed in a timely and effective manner
    • Oversee development of comprehensive venue expansion plan to achieve Company’s strategic and business objectives
    • Drive ongoing Las Vegas and London communications campaigns that elevate visibility for MSG Sphere in support of key milestones and as a buttress against possible public issues, continuing through construction and opening
    • Oversee development of breakthrough events and activities that support MSG Sphere next generation positioning, the company’s leadership in technology and lay the groundwork for future expansion
    • Manage external agencies that support venue expansion communications and spearhead internal working groups that continue to focus on elevating MSG Sphere progress as part of company’s overall strategy
    • Conduct strategic media outreach that supports the Company’s goals, enhances relationships, and builds trust
    • Develop robust corporate communications program to support executive training and visibility
    • Identify and prepare targeted executives for public engagements that raise the visibility of the Company, its management and expertise
    • Develop relationships with communications counterparts at all MSG subsidiaries and joint ventures to elevate Company’s corporate objectives and engage in coordinated communications, when necessary
    • Evaluate and oversee continual enhancement of key corporate materials that reflect the Company and its management, including bios, one-sheets, websites, boilerplates

    Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
