    Position will be responsible for all Food, Beverage and Merchandise budgeting, forecasting, Outlooks and reporting duties of Madison Square Garden L.P.’s Facilities Division, which includes the MSG Complex, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, The Chicago Theatre and Forum Arena reporting to the Director Business Planning


    • Responsible for the annual Budget / 5 Year Plan, quarterly Forecasts and periodic Outlooks of “Live” and assist with “Production”.
    • Organize operational/financial review meetings with Division and MSG Management.
    • Provide monthly Business Packages of analysis required by operations personnel.
    • Compile daily event flashes for all venues to show next day event revenue estimate for executive management.
    • Compile suites catering event report that is used in the Ticket/Hospitality weekly suite report.
    • Assist in creating a dashboard that shows the profitability of each stand and stores to assist in F&M management decisions on continuing operations at various locations (i.e. Celebrity stands, MSG Market Gardens product choices etc.)
    • Assist in analyzing the different food categories/items to identify selling trends by event categories (college basketball, concerts etc.) and share results with the various operation department heads.

    • Communication Skills – must present themselves in a professional manner and communicate regularly with all staff levels from GM to Admin employees
    • Demonstrated flexibility – must be able to handle various projects and be able to reprioritize workload as necessary, have a sense of urgency and be willing to adapt to changing environment.
    • High Energy and Commitment – must display a positive, confident assertive personality and be able to work on projects until completion.
    • Detail Orientated – must have acumen and desire to research and resolve variances.
    • Creativity – must have the ability to be creative in order to suit various different management styles.


    Technical/Functional Competencies

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Superior Excel, Analytic and Modeling skills
    • Experience in Appetize, Eatec and Anaplan preferred but not required


    Key Experiences/Achievements

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
    • Strong career track record of growth and achievements


    Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
