    Specific Functions/Activities Summary

    1. Process cash and charge transactions for merchandise and food/beverage selling areas.
    2. Prepare display merchandise & sell products to patrons in a friendly and courteous manner.
    3. Assist merchandise, concession and bar supervisors in the set-up of the assigned selling area.
    4. Notify the supervisors of product that requires replenishment during the course of an event.
    5. Assist patrons in their selection of merchandise by answering any questions they may have.
    6. Have a working knowledge of the theatre policies and important locations, i.e. restrooms, telephones, medical, security, etc. Answer and direct patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
    7. Assist supervisor in the closing down of merchandise, concession and bar areas at the conclusion of an event.
    8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    1. Strong communication skills w/ a customer service.
    2. Must be able to handle transactions without a register.
    3. Must be comfortable with heights.
    4. Heavy lifting due to stocking of work areas.
    5. Must be able to complete daily and nightly inventory.
    6. Must be able to handle increment weather, due to Hall doors being open.
    7. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
    8. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task and partner with supervisors to handle customer service issues.
    9. Must be flexible to rotate positions within a shift.
